Water is the essential molecule. Everything in our brains, guts & muscles depends on adequate hydration. Your thinking and mood improve after a tall drink of clean, cool water and this is almost immediately noticeable. Your lift will also improve more, weight will go up many times faster after a glass or two of water. Yes, pop tea and caffeine are mostly water and will eventually make up a hydration deficiency, but for best results go right to the source.
