Sober Tips
For a better lifeSleep
Getting a good nights sleep is challenging for lots of people. Thus the prevalence of sleep aids and sleep advice. I have generally found behavioral approaches superior to chemical ones, especially long – term. That said, winding down after a long, crazy day is not always an easy thing to do and is very individual. I will try to read for half and hour to an hour before bed, and drink a glass of water an hour before I turn in.
Our Approach
We believe in meeting each person where they are. Not everyone gets sober the same way. However, there are a few constants that can make the path to lasting sobriety more achievable.
- We believe workouts should be enjoyable.
- We believe you can achieve fitness and sobriety with the same workout.
- Integrating two or three workouts into your weekly schedule makes all the difference.
We believe you can learn how to stay sober and we would love to help you on that path.
