Helping Your Group Find Sobriety Success
Learn How to Make Critical
Life Changes
Making big, important, life changes can be both exhilarating and terrifying. The key is asking the right questions beforehand. Paul will show your group how to get started and how to track their progress.
What Can Paul Teach Your Group?
Making Sobriety and Health Top Priority
Sobriety comes first; once that foundation is firm, good things follow: relationships, opportunities, and dreams that have been put on hold.
Setting Goals for the Long Game
We teach the long game, which is really the only game. Making something good out of something bad is actually possible.
Healthy Relationships Help You Stay Sober
Are your relationships healthy, or are they toxic? Do they nurture growth or keep you stuck? We teach the right questions to ask and how to get help.
Effective Stress Management
Learn the difference between ‘distress’ and ‘eustress’ and how to effectively cope with either without drugs or alcohol.
Using the Body to Heal
the Mind
How many times have you tried to get sober and failed? How many times did you succeed but only for a month or two? Utilizing the body to heal the mind is an old and under-utilized principle that works wonderfully for addiction recovery. Our presentations can help your group learn how to stay sober. Eliminate Excuses for Getting High
Following a physical activity with heavy drinking generally indicates there are likely several other activities that are also “celebrated” with alcohol, weed, or other intoxicating substances. Re-purposing workouts as a sobriety modality involve several steps, the first of which is understanding why this activity has previously served as a trigger.
Overcome Victim Mentality
Have you been told that there was nothing you could do because addiction runs in your family? Taking control of your body with fitness will help you know that you have control over your life and your decisions.
Manage Stress Without Drugs or Alcohol
Physical exercise has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and assist in overcoming addictions.
Reduce Cravings with Physical Fitness
Developing a new routine of fitness will help minimize cravings for substances. You will also develop new friends and colleagues who can help you on your path to stable sobriety.
Prevent Trauma with Lasting Change
Losing someone you care about to an overdose is traumatic. Now is the time to change your life so your friends and family won’t experience this trauma.
