Record your successes and failures (see above). Examine both on paper. Read and reread. What did you do right and what did you do wrong? Who or what to avoid next time? Do you need a new job, new friends or do you just need to get far away from your family? People do this all the time, move all the way to begin a new life with nothing to remind them of the old. It’s an option. Frequently it works, as long as other things are in place: positive relationships, meetings, medical and psychological care, a decent job and place to live. Some peace and happiness.
